How do I find out more about a product?
Each listing includes a description, photos, and details about materials and dimensions. If you have a question that is not answered there, you can message the seller directly.
Are the products handmade?
Many sellers on Foxden Marketplace are independent makers. Each listing describes how the item is produced so you know what to expect.
Can I request a custom version of a product?
Some sellers accept custom orders. Look for custom-order details on the listing or shop profile, or message the seller to ask about a commission.
Why is an item out of stock?
Availability is managed by each seller. For made-to-order pieces, a seller may temporarily pause new orders while they work through existing ones.
