How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. The available methods are shown at checkout based on your region.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant provider, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, contact the seller as soon as possible through the messaging tools. Whether a change is possible depends on the item and how far along production is.
