How do I contact a seller directly?
On any product page or shop profile, use the option to message the seller. You will need a Foxden Marketplace account to send and receive messages.
Where can I see my conversations?
Your conversations with sellers are available in the Messages area of your account, where you can view replies and continue the discussion.
How do I reach Foxden Marketplace support?
If you need help that a seller cannot resolve, use the Contact Support option to reach our team during support hours.
