Hands To Home Seller Agreement

By completing the seller registration process and accepting this agreement, you (“Seller”) enter into this Seller Agreement with Hands To Home (“Hands To Home”). This agreement is in addition to, and incorporates, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

You represent and warrant, on an ongoing basis, that:

• you have the legal right to sell every product you list on Hands To Home;
• your products, listings, images and descriptions do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights;
• all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate and not misleading;
• you will fulfil orders within the processing time stated on your shop;
• you are solely responsible for the tax treatment of your income from sales.

You may not list counterfeit goods, items that infringe intellectual-property rights, regulated items without the required licenses, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited by applicable law. Hands To Home may remove any listing at its discretion.

Hands To Home charges a commission on each completed sale at the rate disclosed in your seller dashboard for your account. Fee schedules may be updated with reasonable prior notice posted to the dashboard or sent to your account email.

Fee calculation (net of discounts)

The platform fee is calculated on the net transaction value — the order subtotal after all applicable discounts, including seller-created coupons, marketplace-issued promotions, and Artisan Points redemptions:

Net Price = Subtotal − Coupon Discount − Points Redemption
Platform Fee = Net Price × Fee Rate
Seller Payout = Net Price − Platform Fee

Marketplace-sponsored promotions are issued by Hands To Home as a marketing initiative; your listed price is used as the basis, but the platform fee and your payout are both calculated on the net amount received from the buyer. Seller-created coupons are created and funded by you via the Marketing & Promotions dashboard; the discount reduces your gross revenue, and platform fees are calculated on the resulting net price.

When a buyer redeems Artisan Points, the redemption value is treated as a discount. Platform fees and seller payouts are calculated on the net order value after points are applied.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hands To Home and its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your listings, your products, your conduct, or any alleged infringement of a third party’s intellectual-property rights.

Hands To Home may suspend or terminate your seller account immediately upon finding a violation of this agreement or of applicable law. Hands To Home operates a repeat-infringer policy: sellers who repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual-property rights will be permanently removed from the marketplace.

Disputes between Hands To Home and Sellers are governed by the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hands To Home is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory protections of your place of residence. We may update this agreement; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and version.
